หมวด ๑ การผลิตสุราที่มิใช่เพื่อการค้า

ในการออกใบอนุญาต อธิบดีจะกำหนดเงื่อนไขให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตต้องปฏิบัติไว้ในใบอนุญาตด้วยก็ได้ โดยอย่างน้อยต้องกำหนดให้ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราที่มิใช่เพื่อการค้าผลิตสุราที่เป็นไปตามคุณภาพและมาตรฐานตามที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด
