ส่วนที่ ๕ ของป่าหวงห้าม

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดค้าหรือมีไว้ในครอบครองซึ่งของป่าหวงห้ามเกินปริมาณที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนดในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เว้นแต่ได้รับอนุญาตจากพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ และต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดในกฎกระทรวงและในการอนุญาต ความในวรรคหนึ่งไม่ใช้บังคับแก่การนำของป่าหวงห้ามเคลื่อนที่โดยมีใบเบิกทางของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่กำกับไปด้วย
