หมวด ๖ เบ็ดเตล็ด

บรรดาหนี้ค่าภาคหลวงสำหรับไม้หรือของป่าที่ค้างชำระอยู่ให้ถือว่าเป็นหนี้ค่าภาษีอากรที่ค้างชำระแก่รัฐบาล และให้รัฐบาลทรงไว้ซึ่งสิทธิที่จะได้รับชำระหนี้โดยมีบุริมสิทธิสามัญอย่างเดียวกับค่าภาษีอากรตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์
