Section 21 พระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ พ.ศ. 2566

เพื่อประโยชน์ในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ กรมอาจจัดให้มีศูนย์การเรียนรู้ระดับตำบล สำหรับพื้นที่ของตำบลหนึ่งหรือหลายตำบลตามความจำเป็นและเหมาะสมของแต่ละพื้นที่ก็ได้ ในกรณีที่เป็นพื้นที่ห่างไกล ทุรกันดาร พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัย หรือพื้นที่ที่มีความยากลำบากในการปฏิบัติงาน กรมจะประกาศจัดตั้งศูนย์การเรียนรู้ในพื้นที่นั้นก็ได้
