Section 8/3 พระราชกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี พ.ศ. 2566

ให้นำมาตรา ๘/๑ และมาตรา ๘/๒ มาใช้บังคับแก่กรณีที่สำนักงานป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงินพบเหตุอันควรสงสัยเองหรือได้รับข้อมูลจากระบบหรือกระบวนการเปิดเผยหรือแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลตามมาตรา ๔ ด้วยโดยอนุโลม
