Section 8/7 พระราชกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี พ.ศ. 2566

ให้คณะกรรมการตามมาตรา ๑๓ แต่งตั้งหัวหน้า ศปอท. โดยมีหน้าที่และอำนาจดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) รับผิดชอบในการบริหารงานของ ศปอท.
(๒) เป็นผู้แทนของ ศปอท. ในการติดต่อกับบุคคลภายนอก
(๓) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชกำหนดนี้
(๔) ปฏิบัติการอื่นตามที่คณะกรรมการตามมาตรา ๑๓ มอบหมาย
