หมวด ๒ การบรรจุ การแต่งตั้ง และการปรับตำแหน่ง

การบรรจุบุคคลเข้ารับราชการเป็นข้าราชการพลเรือนกลาโหมเพื่อแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งใด ให้บรรจุและแต่งตั้งจากผู้สอบแข่งขันได้ในตำแหน่งนั้น โดยบรรจุและแต่งตั้งตามลำดับที่ในบัญชีผู้สอบแข่งขันได้ หลักเกณฑ์การสอบแข่งขันให้เป็นไปตามที่กระทรวงกลาโหมกำหนด ความในวรรคหนึ่งไม่ใช้บังคับแก่การบรรจุบุคคลเข้ารับราชการตามมาตรา ๑๓ มาตรา ๑๔ มาตรา ๒๐ มาตรา ๒๑ และมาตรา ๒๒
