หมวด ๓ พื้นที่ภายในอาคารและที่ว่างภายนอกอาคาร

ช่องทางเดินในโรงแรมจะมีส่วนยื่นล้ำเข้ามาในช่องทางเดินก็ได้แต่ต้องไม่เกิน ๐.๒๐ เมตร และส่วนยื่นที่ล้ำเข้ามานั้นต้องสูงจากพื้นได้ไม่เกิน ๑.๐๐ เมตร แต่ความกว้างสุทธิตามข้อ ๑๖ (๑) จะต้องไม่น้อยกว่า ๐.๘๖ เมตร
