หมวด ๔ อาคารลักษณะพิเศษ

อาคารลักษณะพิเศษตาม (๕) ของบทนิยามคำว่า “อาคารลักษณะพิเศษ” ในข้อ ๒ ที่มีห้องพัก ๑ ห้อง และมีผู้พักไม่เกิน ๔ คน ให้ได้รับยกเว้นไม่ต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับบันไดที่มีลักษณะตามข้อ ๔ แต่ต้องมีบันไดหรือทางขึ้นลงที่เหมาะสมต่อสภาพการใช้งานและมีสิ่งป้องกันการตกที่ปลอดภัย
