ในระหว่างที่ยังไม่มีกฎกระทรวงตามข้อ ๒ (๑) (๒) และ (๓) ให้นำกฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ ๖ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๗) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมอาคาร พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมมาใช้บังคับแก่การดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างหลักและวัสดุที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้างอาคารตามข้อ ๒ (๑) (๒) และ (๓) ไปพลางก่อนจนกว่าจะมีกฎกระทรวงตามข้อ ๒ (๑) (๒) และ (๓) ใช้บังคับ
