การรายงานข้อมูลบัญชีสหรัฐที่ต้องรายงานตามข้อ ๔ หรือข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบัญชีทางการเงินที่ถือโดยลูกค้าซึ่งเป็นสถาบันการเงินที่ไม่เข้าร่วมตามข้อ ๕ ที่ได้มาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๗ จนถึงปีปฏิทินก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ผู้มีหน้าที่รายงานดำเนินการภายในวันที่ ๓๐ มิถุนายนของปีถัดจากวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ
