ส่วนที่ ๔ คณะกรรมการระบบการชำระเงิน

ให้คณะกรรมการระบบการชำระเงินประกอบด้วย ผู้ว่าการเป็นประธานกรรมการ รองผู้ว่าการซึ่งผู้ว่าการกำหนด จำนวนสองคนโดยให้รองผู้ว่าการคนหนึ่งซึ่งผู้ว่าการมอบหมายเป็นรองประธานกรรมการประธานสมาคมธนาคารไทย และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิซึ่งคณะกรรมการ ธปท. แต่งตั้งจำนวนสามคน เป็นกรรมการ ให้ผู้ว่าการแต่งตั้งพนักงานคนหนึ่งเป็นเลขานุการ
