หมวด ๕ ผู้ว่าการ

ให้ ธปท.มีสิทธิแต่ผู้เดียวที่จะออกบัตรธนาคารในราชอาณาจักร ให้ถือว่าบัตรธนาคารที่ ธปท.ออกตามวรรคหนึ่งเป็นธนบัตรตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยเงินตรา และให้การออกและจัดการบัตรธนาคารอยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่งบทบัญญัติของกฎหมายดังกล่าวด้วย
