หมวด ๑๐ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ว่าการ กรรมการ พนักงานหรือลูกจ้างผู้ใดกระทำการหรือไม่กระทำการอย่างใดในหน้าที่โดยเห็นแก่ทรัพย์สินหรือประโยชน์อื่นใด ซึ่งตนได้เรียก รับหรือยอมจะรับไว้ ก่อนที่ตนได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่นั้นต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต หรือปรับตั้งแต่ห้าแสนบาทถึงสองล้านบาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
