ในกรณีที่การแก้ไขรายการในใบอนุญาตจะต้องมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเครื่องหมายประจำเรือประมง ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตไปดำเนินการจัดทำเครื่องหมายประจำเรือประมงตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนดตามมาตรา ๘๑ (๔)
