หมวด ๓ การบำรุงรักษา

ในการขุดซ่อมทางน้ำชลประทาน ถ้าไม่มีที่เททิ้งมูลดิน ก็ให้มีอำนาจเททิ้งมูลดินในที่ดินที่ใกล้เคียงได้ตามความจำเป็น แต่ทั้งนี้ถ้าทำให้เสียหายแก่พืชผลหรือสิ่งปลูกสร้างซึ่งมีอยู่ในขณะนั้นแล้ว ต้องใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทน
