ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดทำให้ประตูน้ำ ฝาย เขื่อนระบาย ประตูระบาย ท่อน้ำ ท่อเชื่อม สะพานทางน้ำ ปูม เสา หรือสายโทรศัพท์ ที่ใช้ในการชลประทานเสียหายจนอาจเกิดอันตรายหรือขัดข้องแก่การใช้สิ่งที่กล่าวนั้น
