หมวด ๑ บททั่วไป

นายช่างชลประทานมีอำนาจใช้พื้นที่ดินที่ปราศจากสิ่งปลูกสร้างซึ่งอยู่ในเขตการชลประทานได้เป็นครั้งคราวตามระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นแก่การชลประทาน โดยแจ้งเป็นหนังสือให้เจ้าของหรือผู้ครอบครองที่ดินนั้นทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าเจ็ดวัน แต่ถ้ามีการเสียหายเกิดขึ้นต้องชดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทน
