Section 9 พระราชบัญญัติควบคุมการเรี่ยไร พุทธศักราช 2487
(๑) จำนวนเงินหรือทรัพย์สินอื่นอย่างสูงที่ให้เรี่ยไรได้
(๒) เขตหรือสถานที่และเวลาที่อนุญาตให้ทำการเรี่ยไร
(๓) วิธีการเก็บรักษาและทำบัญชีเงิน หรือทรัพย์สินที่เรี่ยไรได้
(๔) วิธีทำการเรี่ยไร ในกรณีที่สั่งอนุญาต ให้คณะกรรมการกำหนดวันสิ้นอายุแห่งใบอนุญาตไว้ด้วย และในกรณีที่สั่งไม่อนุญาต ให้แจ้งและแสดงเหตุผลให้ผู้ขออนุญาตทราบ
