ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งเป็นหนังสือโดยระบุรายการและจำนวนเงินที่ผู้ยื่นคำขอตามข้อ ๒ ต้องชำระ เมื่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ได้รับชำระค่าใช้จ่ายตามวรรคหนึ่งครบถ้วนแล้ว ให้ออกหลักฐานการชำระเงินดังกล่าวให้แก่ผู้ยื่นคำขอ
