หมวด ๕ การเพิกถอนป่าชุมชน

ป่าชุมชนที่ถูกเพิกถอนตามมาตรา ๕๓ อาจมีการนำพื้นที่ดังกล่าวมาขอจัดตั้งป่าชุมชนใหม่อีกก็ได้ ทั้งนี้ ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่ออกตามมาตรา ๘๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติป่าชุมชน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และให้นำความในหมวด ๒ การจัดตั้งป่าชุมชน มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
