ผู้รับใบอนุญาตและผู้มีไว้ในครอบครองวัสดุนิวเคลียร์ตามมาตรา ๓๘ ต้องดำเนินมาตรการที่เหมาะสมสำหรับค้นหาวัสดุนิวเคลียร์ที่สูญหายไปโดยเร็วทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถานประกอบการทางนิวเคลียร์
