ในการตรวจสอบข้อมูล เอกสาร หรือหลักฐาน ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีอำนาจเข้าไปตรวจสอบสถานที่ของผู้ยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาต หรือเรียกผู้ยื่นคำขอมาชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับข้อมูล เอกสาร หรือหลักฐานที่ยื่นไว้ได้
