ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียอาจขอดูทะเบียน ณ ที่ทำการสถานกงสุลใหญ่หรือสถานเอกอัครราชทูตที่รับจดทะเบียนไว้ได้โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียม เว้นแต่ประสงค์จะขอสำเนาให้นายทะเบียนคัดสำเนาลงลายมือชื่อรับรองให้โดยให้ผู้นั้นเสียค่าธรรมเนียมฉบับละสามร้อยบาทตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ สถานที่และในเวลาที่ใช้เงิน
