การร้องขอจดทะเบียนในกรณีที่ผู้ร้องขอจดทะเบียนฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งหรือทั้งสองฝ่ายตายตามมาตรา ๑๔ วรรคสอง เมื่อนายทะเบียนสอบสวนแล้วเห็นสมควรรับจดทะเบียน ให้นายทะเบียนบันทึกถ้อยคำและพฤติการณ์แห่งการร้องขอนั้นไว้ในทะเบียนด้วย
