การทดสอบและตรวจสอบถังเก็บและจ่ายก๊าซธรรมชาติ เครื่องทำไอก๊าซ อุปกรณ์ของถังและระบบท่อก๊าซธรรมชาติ และระบบไฟฟ้า ก่อนเริ่มใช้งาน ตามวาระระหว่างการใช้งาน หรือเมื่อเกิดความเสียหายที่อาจก่อให้เกิดอันตราย ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนดในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
