หมวด ๑ การขอใบอนุญาต การออกใบอนุญาต และการต่ออายุใบอนุญาต
(๑) มีการติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิดและเครื่องดับเพลิง อย่างน้อยอย่างละหนึ่งเครื่องในแต่ละชั้นที่ให้บริการ โดยให้ครอบคลุมสถานที่ให้บริการคาราโอเกะ
(๒) มีลักษณะตามข้อ ๑๐ (๑) (๒) (๔) (๗) และ (๘)
