Section 11 พระราชบัญญัติการค้าข้าว พุทธศักราช 2489
(๑) กสิกรซึ่งขายหรือแลกเปลี่ยนข้าวซึ่งกสิกรนั้นผลิตได้จากเนื้อที่ที่ตนทำ
(๒) ผู้ที่ขายหรือแลกเปลี่ยนข้าวครั้งหนึ่งมีปริมาณดังนี้ (ก) ข้าวเปลือกทุกชนิดไม่เกินสองเกวียนหลวง (ข) ข้าวอื่น ๆ ไม่เกินหนึ่งร้อยแปดกิโลกรัม
