ผู้ได้รับการปล่อยตัวคุมประพฤติให้ได้รับพระราชทานอภัยโทษลดโทษลง ๑ ใน ๓ จากกำหนดโทษที่ยังเหลืออยู่นับแต่วันที่ได้รับการปล่อยตัวคุมประพฤติ เว้นแต่ผู้ได้รับการปล่อยตัวคุมประพฤติเป็นผู้มีลักษณะอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดตามมาตรา ๘ ให้ได้รับพระราชทานอภัยโทษปล่อยตัวไป
