หมวด ๒ คณะกรรมการคุ้มครองและส่งเสริมวิถีชีวิตกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) คณะกรรมการมีมติด้วยคะแนนเสียงไม่น้อยกว่าสองในสามของจำนวนกรรมการทั้งหมดให้ออกเพราะบกพร่องต่อหน้าที่ มีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสีย หรือหย่อนความสามารถ
(๔) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๔
