หมวด ๕ พื้นที่คุ้มครองวิถีชีวิตกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์

การประกาศพื้นที่คุ้มครองวิถีชีวิตกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ตามมาตรา ๓๗ ให้ประชาชนและชุมชนมีสิทธิอยู่อาศัยและใช้ประโยชน์จากที่ดินและทรัพยากรธรรมชาติตามที่กำหนดในข้อกำหนดของพื้นที่คุ้มครองวิถีชีวิตกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์นั้น โดยต้องดำเนินการตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพื้นที่ดังกล่าวด้วย
