หมวด ๓ ความมั่นคงและหลักประกัน

รายได้ที่ได้มาในปีหนึ่ง ๆ ให้ธนาคารออมสินจ่ายเป็นรายจ่ายในการดำเนินงานดังนี้ (ก) จ่ายดอกเบี้ยเงินฝาก (ข) จ่ายเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการธนาคารออมสินภายในวงเงินงบประมาณที่ได้รับความเห็นชอบจากคณะกรรมการ (ค) จ่ายเป็นเงินอื่นใดที่ต้องจ่ายตามข้อผูกพัน
