Section 23 พระราชบัญญัติธนาคารออมสิน พ.ศ. 2489

หมวด ๔ การถอนเงิน

ถ้าผู้เยาว์ซึ่งมีอายุกว่าเจ็ดปีขึ้นไป ได้ถอนเงินฝากหรือดอกเบี้ยไปจากธนาคารออมสินแล้ว ผู้เยาว์นั้น หรือบุคคลอื่นใดย่อมไม่มีสิทธิเรียกร้องเงินซึ่งได้ถอนไปแล้ว ในการนี้ ใบรับซึ่งผู้เยาว์ได้ให้ไว้แก่ธนาคารออมสินสำหรับเงินที่ได้รับไป ย่อมทำให้ธนาคารออมสินหลุดพ้นจากความรับผิดใด ๆ ในจำนวนเงินที่จ่ายไป วรรคสาม (ยกเลิก)
