ผู้ที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตให้มีและใช้อาวุธปืนคนใดย้ายถิ่นที่อยู่ ให้แจ้งการย้ายแก่นายทะเบียนท้องที่ภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันย้าย และถ้าย้ายไปอยู่ต่างท้องที่ให้แจ้งการย้ายแก่นายทะเบียนท้องที่ใหม่ให้ทราบภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ย้ายไปถึงอีกด้วย
