(๑) เงินยืมทดรองราชการ
(๒) เงินฝาก
(๓) เงินขายบิล
(๔) เงินที่จำเป็นต้องจ่ายคืนภายในปีงบประมาณที่นำส่งแล้ว เพราะเป็นเงินอันไม่พึงต้องชำระให้แก่รัฐบาล
(๕) เงินชำระคืนเงินต้นของตั๋วเงินคลังที่กระทรวงการคลังกู้เพื่อบริหารสภาพคล่องของเงินคงคลังตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการบริหารหนี้สาธารณะ
