การโอนพันธบัตรออมสินให้แก่กัน ธนาคารออมสินจะจ่ายเงินคืนให้แก่ผู้รับโอนต่อเมื่อผู้ฝากได้แจ้งการโอนต่อธนาคารออมสิน และธนาคารออมสินได้ตรวจสอบลายมือชื่อผู้โอนถูกต้องแล้ว
