บุคคลที่ได้ฝากเงินในธนาคารออมสินประเภทหนึ่ง หรือหลายประเภทอยู่แล้วก็ดี จะขอฝากเงินประเภทพันธบัตรออมสินอีกประเภทหนึ่งก็ได้ แต่ต้องไม่ใช่โดยขอโอนเงินมาจากเงินฝากประเภทอื่น
