ใบอนุญาตที่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ออกให้แก่ผู้ทำการโฆษณาตามความในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้คุ้มครองถึงผู้ใช้เสียงและผู้ควบคุมเครื่องขยายเสียงในการโฆษณา และบุคคลเช่นว่านี้ต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในใบอนุญาตด้วย
