Section 14 พระราชบัญญัติการทะเบียนคนต่างด้าว พ.ศ. 2493

ผู้มีใบสำคัญประจำตัว ถ้าได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสัญชาติ หรือเปลี่ยนอาชีพ ชื่อตัว ชื่อรอง หรือชื่อสกุล ให้นำใบสำคัญประจำตัวแจ้งต่อนายทะเบียนที่ตนมีภูมิลำเนาหรือถิ่นที่อยู่ภายในเจ็ดวัน นับแต่วันเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวนั้น แล้วแต่กรณี
