ในการปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือพระราชกฤษฎีกาออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัตินี้ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ใดกระทำการใด ๆ อันเป็นความผิดตามกฎหมายลักษณะอาญา ภาค ๒ ส่วนที่ ๒ หมวดที่ ๒ ตั้งแต่มาตรา ๑๒๙ ถึงมาตรา ๑๔๖ ให้ระวางโทษเป็นทวีคูณ
