หมวด ๕ การบัญชี การสอบ และการตรวจ

ให้คณะกรรมการธนาคารวางและถือไว้ซึ่งระบบการบัญชีอันถูกต้อง แยกตามประเภทงานส่วนที่สำคัญมีการสอบบัญชีภายในเป็นประจำและมีสมุดบัญชีลงรายการ (ก) การรับและจ่ายเงิน (ข) สินทรัพย์และหนี้สิน ซึ่งแสดงการงานที่เป็นอยู่ตามจริงและตามที่ควรตามประเภทงาน พร้อมด้วยข้อความอันเป็นเหตุที่มาของรายการนั้น ๆ
