ส่วนที่ ๕ การคลังและทรัพย์สินของเทศบาล

การจ่ายเงินตามมาตรา ๖๗ (๙) ถ้าเป็นการชำระเงินกู้เมื่อถึงกำหนดชำระ เทศบาลจะต้องชำระเงินกู้นั้นจากทรัพย์สินของเทศบาลไม่ว่าจะตั้งงบประมาณรายจ่ายประเภทนี้ไว้หรือไม่
