หมวด ๕ การตรวจเลือกคนเข้ากองประจำการ

ถ้าผู้ที่ถูกเรียกมาตรวจเลือกเห็นว่า ตนควรจะได้รับการยกเว้นหรือผ่อนผัน ต้องนำหลักฐานมาแสดงต่อคณะกรรมการตรวจเลือกก่อนจับสลาก หรือก่อนกำหนดให้เข้ากองประจำการ ในกรณีที่ไม่มีการจับสลาก มิฉะนั้นให้ถือว่าหมดสิทธิที่จะได้รับการยกเว้นหรือผ่อนผัน
