ความในมาตรา ๒๙ ทวิ วรรคหนึ่ง มิให้ใช้บังคับแก่อากาศยานขนส่งที่ใช้ในการขนส่งของหรือคนโดยสารอันมิใช่เพื่อบำเหน็จเป็นทางค้าเป็นครั้งคราว และได้แจ้งให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ทราบแล้ว
