ส่วนที่ ๔ ความสมควรเดินอากาศ

(๑) เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตโดยผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือเป็นชิ้นส่วนที่ผู้ได้รับใบรับรองหน่วยซ่อมทำการดัดแปลงหรือทำขึ้นใหม่เพื่อใช้ในการบำรุงรักษาตามมาตรา ๔๑/๑๐๕ หรือ (๒) เป็นชิ้นส่วนที่เจ้าของอากาศยาน ผู้จดทะเบียนอากาศยานหรือผู้ดำเนินการเดินอากาศผลิตขึ้นใช้เองตามมาตรา ๔๑/๔๔ หรือเป็นชิ้นส่วนมาตรฐาน
