(๑) แบบอากาศยานหรือแบบส่วนประกอบสำคัญของอากาศยานที่ได้รับใบรับรองแบบแล้วตามมาตรา ๔๑/๕ มาตรา ๔๑/๖ และมาตรา ๔๑/๗ (๒) แบบชิ้นส่วนรับรองคุณภาพ ที่ได้รับการรับรองตามใบอนุญาตผลิตชิ้นส่วนรับรองคุณภาพตามมาตรา ๔๑/๔๒ หรือ (๓) แบบบริภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับการรับรองตามใบอนุญาตผลิตบริภัณฑ์ตามมาตรา ๔๑/๕๒ [คำว่า “ผู้อำนวยการ” แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยมาตรา ๔๑ แห่งพระราชกำหนดแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมพระราชบัญญัติการเดินอากาศ พ.ศ. ๒๔๙๗ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘]
