เมื่อปรากฏว่าผู้ได้รับอนุญาตให้จัดตั้งสนามบิน เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกในการเดินอากาศหรือที่ขึ้นลงชั่วคราวของอากาศยาน ไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎกระทรวง หรือตามวิธีการและเงื่อนไขซึ่งพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่กำหนดไว้เพื่อการนั้น ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีอำนาจสั่งพักใช้หรือเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตนั้น
