(๒) ให้กรรมการและพนักงานของสนามบินอนุญาตหรือที่ขึ้นลงชั่วคราวอนุญาตนั้นจัดการตามสมควรเพื่อรักษาทรัพย์และประโยชน์ของสนามบินอนุญาตหรือที่ขึ้นลงชั่วคราวอนุญาตนั้น และต้องรีบรายงานให้คณะกรรมการควบคุมสนามบินทราบ และส่งมอบทรัพย์สินพร้อมด้วยสมุดบัญชีเอกสาร และสิ่งอื่นอันเกี่ยวกับกิจการ สินทรัพย์และหนี้สิน ให้คณะกรรมการควบคุมสนามบินโดยไม่ชักช้า
