ลักษณะ ๒ อำนาจศาลทหาร
(๑) คดีที่บุคคลที่อยู่ในอำนาจศาลทหารกับบุคคลที่มิได้อยู่ในอำนาจศาลทหารกระทำผิดด้วยกัน
(๒) คดีที่เกี่ยวพันกับคดีที่อยู่ในอำนาจศาลพลเรือน
(๓) คดีที่ต้องดำเนินในศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว
(๔) คดีที่ศาลทหารเห็นว่าไม่อยู่ในอำนาจศาลทหาร
