ลักษณะ ๑ บททั่วไป

ในกรณีที่ประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญาบัญญัติให้จ่ายเงินรางวัล ค่าตอบแทน ค่าป่วยการ ค่าพาหนะเดินทาง ค่าเช่าที่พัก และค่าใช้จ่ายอย่างใด ๆ ไว้แก่ทนาย ล่าม พยาน นักจิตวิทยา นักสังคมสงเคราะห์ เจ้าพนักงานผู้ส่งหมาย หรือบุคคลอื่นใด การจ่ายเงินดังกล่าวให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่กระทรวงกลาโหมกำหนดโดยความเห็นชอบของกระทรวงการคลัง
